The things clients ask before paying.

Do you take a percentage of the award?

Never. Contingency fees on grant awards violate funder ethics standards and most grant guidelines. You pay a flat fee for work performed, win or lose.

What if you can't find grants for me?

If your match report cannot include at least three grants you are eligible for, we refund the $100 and send you a short memo explaining what would make you eligible.

Can I have you write a grant you didn't find for me?

Yes. If you bring your own opportunity, we still write and submit it for the same $500, as long as the deadline gives us at least fourteen days.

How do I pay?

You'll receive an invoice by email after submitting your intake form. The match report begins once the $100 is paid. Writing engagements are invoiced per grant at kickoff.

Do you work with organizations outside the United States?

Our research covers U.S. federal, state, local, and private funders. We take international clients only when they have a U.S. fiscal sponsor or entity.
