The founder
Etta Pittman founded McLoren & Associates on a simple observation: the organizations that most deserve funding are usually the ones with the least time to go find it. A clinic director, a school principal, a shop owner, a pastor — they are already working past capacity. Grant research is a second job, and grant writing is a third.
So McLoren took those two jobs off their plate and priced them where a small organization can actually say yes. One hundred dollars for a researched, vetted shortlist. Five hundred dollars for a complete application, written and filed.
Etta personally reviews every match report before it leaves the firm and leads the writing on federal and large private applications. The rest of the work runs through a team she trained to her standard.

Eligibility before enthusiasm
A beautiful application to a funder who will never fund you is a wasted month. We disqualify aggressively before we ever recommend a grant.
Flat fees, always
We never take a percentage of an award. It is against funder ethics standards and it quietly pushes writers toward the biggest grant rather than the right one.
